The role involves leading the profitable growth of the Bulk Transport business divisions in North America. This includes overseeing full P&L responsibility , organic growth strategies , pricing tactics, business development planning, and execution. The position requires managing cost elements such as wages, fuel, and maintenance , and leading M&A integrations when necessary. The role entails providing leadership to all operational teams within the divisions, utilizing corporate resources to optimize business performance , and ensuring robust operations planning and asset management . Additionally, the position involves overseeing sales and operations planning , driving growth strategies for owner operators and drivers , and leading financial reviews and cost reduction initiatives.


The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and comes with an outstanding compensation package as well as a clear pathway to increased responsibilities.
