Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at GRANT EMBLEMS LIMITED.

About the Role

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the company, allocating resources, and implementing organizational policies and programs. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
  • Plan schedules, goals, and objectives
  • Oversee the operation of the company
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
  • Develop policies and plans for the organization
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
