About the Role You’ll work closely with the owners to oversee operations, drive sales, manage P&L, improve processes, and support the continued growth of a respected mid‑sized contractor. This is a highly influential role with real potential for a future buyout for the right person. Key Responsibilities Oversee company‑wide operations and performance Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy Identify efficiencies during bid reviews and project execution Drive growth aligned with long‑term strategic goals Mentor internal leaders and support succession planning Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and staff Champion innovation, cost management, and operational excellence Collaborate closely with ownership, especially on cash flow and reinvestment Qualifications Experience as a GM, VP, Senior PM, or Senior Superintendent ready to step up High business acumen and strong understanding of cash flow Strong communicator with ability to influence and mentor Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long‑term growth/ownership Alignment with Brighouse’s values and leadership style is essential Why you'll love working here Compensation range: $150K-$200K, depending on experience.
