**Vice President of Sales, Canada**

Vicimus, a leading provider of software and solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our Canadian sales operations. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and growth of our sales team, ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative products across the automotive sector in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market opportunities in Canada.
- Team Management: Lead and expand the Canadian sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry, ensuring their needs are met with Vicimus’s solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and their activities.
- Market Expansion: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive management team.

**Experience**:

- Proven sales experience (minimum of 10 years) in the software and solutions industry, specifically in the automotive sector.
- Extensive leadership experience (minimum of 5 years) with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Experience in automotive events and promotions is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and human resources management skills.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
