**Job description**:

- Assist the executive team to formulate the company’s strategies and objectives for the company’s business development.
- Support executive team with monthly planning processes.
- Work closely with senior management to anticipate and plan for future requirements of the organization and provide strategic and operational advice on a spectrum of executive priority items.
- Review and/or plan for change management initiatives to leverage and optimize operational strategic goals.
- Review divisional strategic plans to ensure alignment with company priorities and provide advice to senior management on the implementation of their plans.
- Actively consult with the executive team during initial implementation and supervise to ensure smooth change management.
- Participate in the decision-making process of policy development, investment priorities, branch establishment, etc.
- Manages finance and administration team to achieve company goals; oversees the preparation of financial records.
- Provide active value-added strategic insight, counsel, and management support feedback and suggestions to the executive team.
- Develop, maintain, and achieve business development plans that meet the company’s revenue requirements.
- Oversee and/or lead the preparation of proposals for major projects and ensure it follows the company policy.
- Manage, appoint, promote, and retain middle managers.
- Provide consultation and feedback for managers’ performance.
- Collaborate with members in the company to address business/financial/client and technical delivery on all projects ensuring they are meeting project schedules consistently. Work with directors to ensure challenges are addressed.
- Facilitate the company’s external communication with clients and partners to ensure long-standing and strong relationships and maintain the company's brand image.
- Relentlessly focused on our clients, anticipating their needs, thinking about how to create value for them through the company’s products and services.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of senior management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Exceptional planning, execution, and project management skills.
- Proven success in the strategic use of leadership and communications to positively direct outcomes.
- Strong English language skills.
- Strong competitive intelligence within the finance world.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to international finance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
- Strong influence management skills with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Experience in building and managing a team in a corporate environment.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and with close attention to details, to ensure consistently, accurate messaging through all channels.
- Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage to compete for deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
