And we’re looking for sales partners who want to build real accounts and recurring income alongside us. About the Role This is a commission-based, account-focused sales role for someone who thrives on relationships, ownership, and long-term wins. As a Business Development Partner , you’ll function as a senior sales rep — building and managing relationships with organizations that order catering regularly, such as: corporate offices warehouses & industrial sites venues & event spaces organizations hosting frequent meetings and events Your focus is not one-off orders. Your focus is owning accounts and growing recurring catering volume . What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting and building relationships with new accounts Positioning THE BRDGE as a long-term catering partner Managing a portfolio of active, recurring accounts Expanding relationships within existing accounts Identifying opportunities for weekly meals, events, and seasonal catering You’ll have the autonomy to build your book of business — and the support of a growing platform behind you. Compensation & Growth Commission on every order you bring in Recurring commission on active accounts you manage Uncapped earnings Clear path to $5,000/month+ for strong performers This role rewards people who build. Income compounds as your accounts grow. Path to Salary This is commission-first by design. Once you: manage 20+ active recurring accounts sustain performance for 3 consecutive months You become eligible for: base salary + commission increased responsibility long-term growth conversations (including leadership or equity discussions) Salary is earned here , not promised.
