Analyste d'affaires junior

Basé à Montréal, 3 jours par semaine au bureau, Permenent role.


RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

En tant qu'analyste commercial junior ayant une expérience préalable du développement, vous

travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes, les chefs de projet et les équipes de développement afin d'analyser les processus opérationnels, d'identifier les besoins et de soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions. Votre formation technique vous permettra de communiquer efficacement avec les développeurs et de comprendre les aspects techniques des projets.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Recueil des besoins : Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux, documenter les exigences et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Analyse des processus : Analyser les processus opérationnels actuels, identifier les domaines à améliorer et proposer des solutions optimisées.
  • Collaboration technique : Tirer parti de votre expérience en matière de développement pour collaborer avec l'équipe de développement, en veillant à ce que les solutions techniques soient conformes aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Documentation : Créer et maintenir une documentation complète, y compris les exigences commerciales, les récits d'utilisateurs, les flux de processus et les spécifications du système.
  • Test et validation : Aider à créer des cas de test, effectuer des tests d'acceptation par l'utilisateur (UAT) et s'assurer que les solutions répondent aux exigences définies.
  • Communication avec les parties prenantes : Assurer la liaison entre les parties prenantes et les équipes techniques, en garantissant une communication claire et efficace tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Soutien : Fournir un soutien après la mise en œuvre pour assurer l'adoption réussie des nouveaux systèmes et processus.

EXIGENCES

  • Bachelor en commerce, en technologie de l'information, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste commercial
  • Expérience préalable dans le développement de logiciels, avec une solide compréhension des langages de programmation, des bases de données et des méthodologies de développement de logiciels.
  • Connaissance de base de SQL, de Python ou d'un autre langage de programmation
  • Expérience des outils de gestion de projet (par exemple, Jira, Trello)
  • Excellentes compétences en Microsoft Excel
  • Une bonne connaissance des plateformes en nuage (par exemple, AWS, Azure) est un atout.
  • Familiarité avec les processus de développement de logiciels tels que Agile, Scrum ou Waterfall
  • Compréhension des systèmes de gestion de bases de données, des API et d'autres concepts techniques.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe
  • Souci du détail et forte volonté de precision
  • Expérience des outils de gestion de projet (par exemple, Jira, Trello).
  • Une bonne connaissance des plateformes en nuage (par exemple, AWS, Azure) est un atout.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

Junior Business Analyst: Based in Montreal; 3 days per week in office; Permanent

JOB SUMMARY

As a Junior Business Analyst with previous development experience, you will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and support the development and implementation of solutions. Your technical background will enable you to effectively communicate with developers and understand the technical aspects of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Leverage your development experience to collaborate with the development team, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support: Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Previous experience in software development, with a solid understanding of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or another programming language
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development processes such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Understanding of database management systems, APIs, and other technical concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
