About The Role As a member of the Corporate Administration team, you will join a dynamic group dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both clients and staff. Our receptionists are professional, courteous, solutions-focused team players who excel at multitasking while efficiently managing a multi-line phone system. Hours: Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm What You’ll Be Doing Answer incoming phone calls on a multiline reception system. Greet walk-in visitors, customers, clients, and suppliers. Distribute online faxes and external emails Maintain SharePoint bulletin board phone lists and staff discounts list. Help office support with various administrative tasks Back up for bank deposit.
