Our receptionists are professional, courteous, solutions-focused team players who excel at multitasking while efficiently managing a multi-line phone system.Hours: Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pmWhat You’ll Be DoingAnswer incoming phone calls on a multiline reception system.Greet walk-in visitors, customers, clients, and suppliers.Distribute online faxes and external emailsMaintain SharePoint bulletin board phone lists and staff discounts list.Help office support with various administrative tasksBack up for bank deposit.What You’ll BringExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsPositive personal imageComputer knowledge: Word, ExcelPrior Reception experience an assetNavacord, and all our Broker Partners are actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
