Hours: Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
(Flexible to work Monday and Tuesday to cover holidays.)

About The Role
Are you a pleasant professional and solution-oriented team player who can multi-task, while maintaining a multi-line reception system.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Greet walk-in visitors, customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Maintain Sharepoint bulletin board phone list and staff discounts list.
- Help office support, back-up for RWAM deposit, and update attendance calendar.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive personal image
- Computer knowledge: Word, Excel
- Prior Reception experience an asset
