The Solutions Engineer – AI Enablement is a senior level position responsible for accomplishing results through solutioning, development, and implementation of AI/ML capabilities as an individual contributor. This strategic professional stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering the application of AI/ML in the business. Responsibilities Enhance current toolset with AI/ML capabilities for big data Solutioning for the identified use cases Build quick proof‑of‑concept to demonstrate identified solutions Collaboration with larger AI/ML stream across data organization Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple application development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations Qualifications Experience of 5‑8 years in AI/ML, preferred experience in financial industry Hands‑on experience in Python and using ML libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch) for big data Hands‑on experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs (OpenAI GPT, Bard, etc.) Experience in applying machine learning or NLP models in real‑time applications for large datasets Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines Experience in using PySpark and big data concepts Good to have: knowledge in Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, Stellar Stakeholder management experience Demonstrated leadership skills Proven project management skills Education Bachelor’s/University degree, master’s degree preferred We offer Private Medical Care Program Life Insurance Program Pension Plan contribution (PPE Program) Employee Assistance Program Paid parental leave program (maternity and paternity leave) Sport card Holidays allowance Sport and team recreation activities Special offers and discounts for employees Access to an array of learning and development resources A discretional annual performance‑related bonus A chance to make a difference with various affinity networks and charity initiatives Alongside these benefits Citi is committed to ensuring our workplace is where everyone feels comfortable coming to work as their whole self every day.
