Director Human Resources Business Partnerships Urban Regina Location: Regina Employment terms: Full-time permanent Posting date: 15-Nov-2025 Application deadline: 22-Nov-2025 Job Description The Director, HR Business Partnerships Regina is a pivotal leadership role within Saskatchewan’s healthcare system, working closely with system leaders to advance provincial health priorities. Reporting to the Executive Director, Workforce Planning and Business Partnerships, the Director provides strategic insight on workforce needs and drives the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational and business plans. The Director fosters an innovative, collaborative, and client-centered culture while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across the HR portfolio and broader organization. This role also builds and maintains effective partnerships with the system to support high-quality service delivery and organizational performance. Qualifications Leadership experience with planning and program development in a multi-stakeholder environment. Seven (7) years of leadership experience. Valid Class 5 driver’s license. Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body, if applicable.
