Technicien en électronique


RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Responsable de l'assemblage, de l'entretien et de la réparation des équipements et systèmes électroniques. Notamment : Installation et configuration ; entretien et réparation ; essais et dépannage ; lecture et interprétation de schémas ; assemblage de composants ; contrôle de la qualité ; assistance à la clientèle ; documentation et rapports ; conformité et sécurité.


RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Assemblage et modification de carte électronique;
  • Capacité à rechercher des composantes de remplacement;
  • Gestion de l'approvisionnements des composants électroniques, électrique et de l'obsolescence de ces pièces;
  • Support au niveau des investigations et résolution des anomalies rencontrées durant la vie des produits et en production;
  • Développement des bancs de tests pour aider au développement de nouveaux produits et aux investigations sur les produits existants;
  • Exécution de tests de validation des produits selon les scénarios de test;
  • Préparation et placement des composants électroniques selon les variants de produit;
  • Assurassions de la conformité de l’assemblage par rapport à la liste de matériel (BOM) et de la bonne qualité des pièces;
  • Montages de prototypes (électronique, électrique, mécanique, câbles);
  • Soudure des composants SMD et assemblage de module électronique;
  • Documentation et élaboration de rapport de test d’ingénierie;
  • Utilisation de logiciel Altium (schéma et circuit imprimé);


EXIGENCES

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience
  • DEC dans le domaine de l’électronique / électrique ou solide expérience équivalente;
  • Connaissance d’Altium Designer (Essentiel : être disposé à l’apprendre);
  • Habileté à faire des montages électriques;
  • Connaissances en électronique et des différentes catégories de composants;
  • Connaissance des outils, équipements, instruments, techniques et matériaux pour garantir très bonne de qualité des soudures;
  • Connaissance et application les procédures et politiques en matière de qualité;
  • Maitrise l’utilisation des équipements de laboratoire (oscilloscope, multimètre...)

Electronics Technician


Job Summary

Responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment and systems. Including: Installation and Setup; Maintenance and Repair; Testing and Troubleshooting; Schematic Reading and Interpretation; Component Assembly; Quality Control; Customer Support; Documentation and Reporting; Compliance and Safety.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Electronic board assembly and modification;
  • Ability to source replacement components;
  • Management of electronic and electrical component procurement and obsolescence;
  • Support for the investigation and resolution of anomalies encountered during product life and in production;
  • Development of test benches to support new product development and investigations on existing products;
  • Execution of product validation tests according to test scenarios;
  • Preparation and placement of electronic components according to product variants;
  • Ensuring that assembly conforms to the bill of materials (BOM) and that parts are of good quality;
  • Assembly of prototypes (electronic, electrical, mechanical, cables);
  • Soldering of SMD components and assembly of electronic modules;
  • Documentation and preparation of engineering test reports;
  • Use of Altium software (schematic and printed circuit board);


REQUIREMENTS

  • DEC in electronics/electrical field or solid equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge of Altium Designer (Essential: willingness to learn);
  • Electrical assembly skills;
  • Knowledge of electronics and the various component categories;
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, instruments, techniques and materials to ensure high quality soldering;
  • Knowledge and application of quality procedures and policies;
  • Proficiency in the use of laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter...)
