Kapcharge is seeking an Account Executive (Hunter), responsible for building a net-new pipeline, running a full-cycle sales process, and closing new merchant accounts. Kapcharge's Account Executive will target mid-market and SMB clients who need a modern, compliant, high-availability payment acceptance solution. Compensation range : $50,000-$60,000 base salary $40,000-$50,000 variable compensation (performance-based) $90,000-$110,000 on-target earnings (OTE) Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and role fit. Variable compensation and OTE are based on current plan design and performance expectations and are not guaranteed. Responsibilities Generate new opportunities through outbound sequences, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events. Work closely with SDRs to qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads. Build and maintain a healthy 3-4 pipeline coverage for monthly and quarterly quotas. Run discovery to understand payment workflows, integration requirements, and compliance needs. Prepare proposals and pricing models including transaction and monthly fees. Manage multi-stakeholder deals across the Executive Suite, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Risk teams to support deal cycles. KPIs / Success Metrics Monthly, quarterly, annual new revenue quota attainment. Pipeline creation and outbound activity metrics. Average deal cycle length and win rate. Forecast accuracy and Salesforce hygiene. Time-to-ramp and time-to-first-deal. We are excited about you if you have 3-6+ years of full-cycle AE or hunter experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments. Proven outbound prospecting skills and ability to generate pipeline from scratch. Experience selling technical or compliance-driven B2B solutions. Ability to run complex consultative sales cycles. Sales methodology proficiency (E.g. MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, Value Selling) Proficient in Salesforce (CRM, pipeline, reporting, dashboards), Apollo (communication, sequencing, sales intelligence), LinkedIn (research, social selling), Microsoft Teams and Zoom (video meetings), DocuSign (e-signatures), and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Kapcharge recherche un gestionnaire de comptes (AE Hunter), responsable de la construction d'un nouveau pipeline, de la gestion d'un processus de vente complet et de conclure de nouveaux comptes commerçants. Le AE de Kapcharge ciblera les clients du marché intermédiaire et PME qui ont besoin d'une solution moderne, conforme et à haute disponibilité pour l'acceptation des paiements. Responsabilités Générez de nouvelles opportunités via des séquences " outbound ", des appels à froid, des courriels, LinkedIn et des événements sectoriels. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les représentants au développement (SDR) des ventes pour qualifier et convertir les leads entrants et sortants. Construire et maintenir une couverture saine de pipeline de 3 à 4 pour les quotas mensuels et trimestriels. Faites une découverte pour comprendre les flux de paiement, les exigences d'intégration et les exigences de conformité. Préparez des propositions et des modèles tarifaires, y compris les frais de transaction et les frais mensuels. Gérer des cycles de vente multi-intervenants impliquant la direction, les finances, les opérations, l'informatique, le juridique et la conformité. Collaborez avec les équipes Marketing, Produit et Gestion des Risques pour soutenir les cycles de transaction. KPI / Indicateurs de réussite Atteinte mensuelle, trimestrielle, annuelle de nouveaux revenus. Création de pipeline et métriques d'activité outbound. Durée moyenne du cycle de vente et taux de conversion. Précision des prévisions et hygiène Salesforce. Temps de montée en compétence (ramp) et temps jusqu'au premier contrat. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir si vous avez 3 à 6+ ans d'expérience AE (Hunter) en fintech, SaaS ou paiements. Compétences démontrées en prospection outbound et capacité à générer un pipeline à partir de zéro. Expérience en vente de solutions B2B techniques ou axées sur la conformité. Habileté à gérer des cycles de vente consultatifs complexes. Maîtrise des méthodologies de vente (ex. : MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, Value Selling).
