Job Description Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and standard operating procedures. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance production capabilities and quality control. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on production performance. Support the training and development of production staff on new processes and technologies. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
