If you want to build a rewarding career and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices, we want you on our teamYour main responsibilities Collaborate with our clients: Understand their needs and propose innovative solutions.Leverage your expertise: Write service proposals that showcase excellent geotechnical solutions.Coordinate teams: Act as a liaison between clients and project teams (field and subcontractors).Implement solutions: Conduct soil and materials studies (bearing capacity, liquefaction, stability, etc.).Monitor construction sites: Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with procedures and deadlines.Contribute to continuous improvement: Propose innovative ideas to optimize our processes and methods. Requirements Profile sought Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Skilled communicator in French and English (an asset).Rigorous, meticulous with great attention to detail.Curious and always looking for creative solutions to satisfy clients.Strong sense of workplace safety.University degree in geology, civil engineering, construction, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical project management.Valid driver's license and mobility to travel to clients.
