If you want to join a team where continuous improvement is a core value and where clients are at the center of everything we do, we want to meet you At S3 Technologies, our Project Managers operate within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, delivering projects that integrate seamlessly with ongoing operations and long-term client relationships. The Role As a Project Manager at S3 Technologies, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, with accountability for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. You will proactively manage budgets, schedules, and communications while effectively identifying and addressing issues, risks, and change requests. Your ability to lead, collaborate, and influence will be critical to ensuring smooth project execution during meetings and follow-ups with both internal teams and clients. This Project Manager role is carried out in a Managed Services (MSP) environment, where projects are delivered alongside active operations and within ongoing client relationships. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage shifting priorities, coordinate shared resources across multiple clients, and deliver projects while accounting for the operational and contractual realities inherent to managed services. Main Job Responsibilities Skills and Experience Requirements Proactive Budget Management Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to agreed financial constraints. Quickly identify budget risks and implement appropriate corrective measures. Ensure client communications clearly reflect project costs and prepare change requests when required. Schedule Management Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones and deadlines. Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed within established timelines. Adjust schedules as needed, taking proactive measures to prevent or minimize delays. Communication Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients. Provide clear status reports on timelines, budgets, and overall project health. Change and Risk Management Identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure all change requests are properly documented, approved, and communicated to clients. Coordination and Leadership Coordinate and collaborate with teams across multiple departments to ensure all project components are delivered according to required standards. Ensure alignment among all stakeholders on project objectivesli> Demonstrate comfort and effectiveness in facilitating and leading both internal and client‑facing meetings. Technical Competencies Maintain a high-level understanding of technologies commonly used by system administrators, without being responsible for their design or implementation, in order to effectively grasp project-related technical challenges. Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients by understanding, simplifying, and clearly communicating technical concepts. Support analysts and technical resources by contributing to planning, coordination, and informed decision‑making related to the technical aspects of projects. University or college degree in project management, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in project management. General technical knowledge comparable to that of a system administrator. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong capability in managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Ability to identify, mitigate, and rigorously track risks and change requests. Success Criteria By 3 months You have mastered internal tools and processes and successfully completed your probation period. You work closely with your manager, project analysts, and the account management team to deliver projects successfully. You ensure a smooth transition of projects into operations. You are able to independently manage a small project portfolio. By 6 months You confidently manage multiple types of projects and have established trusted relationships with clients. You collaborate closely with project analysts to fully understand overall technical execution. You effectively communicate key project phases and deliverables to clients in clear, accessible terms.
