Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend Pay Rate: Starting from $52 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid; 4 days on site, 1 day work from home Business Hours: Monday-Friday; Core Business Hours Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of our enterprise-wide operational data hygiene framework Apply ITIL best practices and enterprise data standards to enhance data quality, consistency, and compliance Proactively detect and resolve data issues before they impact reporting or business decisions Work with senior team members to gather requirements, design, build and maintain end-to-end solutions by leveraging Power Platform Tools such as Power BI, and Power Automate Build data solutions with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards Create and manage workflows in Power Automate to optimize Business Processes Continuously improve and streamline data workflows to support scalability and efficiency Collaborate with teams to launch enhancements that improve speed, reliability, and usability Create and maintain dashboards that tell a clear story with reliable data Support business partners with real-time, actionable insights that help meet KPIs and performance targets Ensure alignment of reporting practices with enterprise governance standards Own the resolution of production issues affecting operational data and workflows Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and reporting accuracy—then work with the team to implement them Bring fresh ideas and a "continuous improvement" mindset to the team Contribute to a collaborative, learning-driven culture by sharing knowledge and mentoring others Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, and introduce innovative solutions where they make sense Experience & Qualification Requirement: Post Secondary education is preferred 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a related field 2+ years of combined professional experience building data solutions with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards) and creating and managing workflows in Power Automate or similar tools ITIL, SAFe, AI certs Experience integrating Power Platform Solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems ServiceNow Modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Now Performance Analytics, ServiceNow Tables – AR and SPM Python based data visualization and Machine Learning Prior experience working with AI Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit, or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.
