We seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong data development background and proven expertise in the banking sector. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging deep data engineering knowledge to drive data-centric projects in financial services.
**Requirement Analysis & Solution Design**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs for data systems, APIs, and analytics tools.
Translate banking requirements into technical specs (e.g., data models, ETL pipelines, reporting frameworks).
**Data Development Integration**:
Design and optimize data flows, databases, warehouses, and lakes.
Ensure solutions align with data governance, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III).
