Lead independent claims audits, establish KPIs/KQIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee claims training programs, collaborating with HR and technical teams. A proven track record of collaboration, innovation, leading change, analyzing data, and delivering strategic insights. Outstanding communication, decision‑making, and relationship‑building skills.
