Visionet Associates is a boutique recruitment and talent advisory firm with a strong footprint across Asia-Pacific and China, now actively expanding our presence in North America to support multinational clients with cross-border hiring needs. Job Responsibilities: Manage full 360° recruitment activities, including business development, client acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment delivery Develop and grow client relationships within life sciences, technology, or manufacturing sectors Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement Provide consultative recruitment services, including market insights, talent mapping, and hiring strategy advice Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth in the Canadian and North American markets Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above is required Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment firm in Canada or the United States, operating as a 360° consultant. Proven track record in both business development and successful job delivery Industry experience in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing is highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build and grow a new market presence Cross-cultural team leading skills are highly preferred but not required
