**What's the role?**:
The role of the Bilingual Recruiting Specialist is to collaborate and consult with business unit leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet Hilti North America’s (HNA) business objectives. This position requires creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively acquire talent and fuel the organizations growth.

**What does the role involve?**:
The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to attracting, hire and onboard of the best people. The role involves collaborating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans. The job holder works with the HR Business Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline. The job holder must identify and screen external leadership talent on a global level through networking, relationship building and development of an external talent community for Hilti. Scope: Entry point - works on problems of limited scope, follows standard practices & procedures, emphasis on recruiting lower level roles and/or routine roles, typically no previous experience required.

**What you need is**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of recruiting experience or three (3) to five (5) years of Hilti sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem solving.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel (filters, v-lookups, and pivot tables preferred)
- Strong ability with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices.
- A high level of motivation and customer focus required.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Must possess a commitment to Hilti’s core values of integrity, commitment, courage and teamwork.
- Outstanding organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to promote Hilti through professional networking opportunities.
- Bilingual (French/English) skills preferred

Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions.
Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time domestically
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and set-up and take down booth displays for offsite recruiting.
