Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Base pay range: CA$40.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr We are seeking an experienced Impact Business Analyst with strong expertise in Broadridge Impact and post‑trade processing for Fixed Income products. The ideal candidate will act as a functional consultant, bridging business requirements and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Impact – Broadridge projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with post‑trade workflows. Support implementation, testing, and validation of Impact functionalities.Provide subject matter expertise on Fixed Income post‑trade processing and settlement. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years as a Functional Consultant or Senior Lead on Impact – Broadridge projects. Strong knowledge of Fixed Income post‑trade processing (trade capture, settlement, clearing). Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and end‑to‑end testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with regulatory compliance in capital markets. Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
