Opportunity: Partner with the Branch Manager to develop and support an effective team of sales professionals and contribute to business goals. Typical Day: Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your team’s client activities are dealt with effectively Conduct sales calls and up‑sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Continue self‑development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses Qualifications / Value you bring: Active General Insurance License is required History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices Strong time‑management and training skills in a deadline driven environment Involvement in industry related associations and your community Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal Hours: Full Time, Permanent – 35 hours/week Location: Charlottetown, PEI Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 We value our employees and offer programs that enhance their lives.
