Job Description ROLE: People & Culture Generalist We are looking for a People & Culture Generalist to join our HR Team As our HR Generalist, you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support across various HR functions. You will assist in driving the implementation of HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented approach to addressing employee queries while fostering a productive and supportive work environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources for operations across two provinces, providing strategic and hands-on support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
