Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns. Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy. Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPI’s plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role. Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills. Leadership: We promote 100% from within and actively develop top performers into management. Compensation & BenefitsBase + uncapped commission with $65k-70k OTE for the first year and $100k+ OTE for the second year. Hands-on mentorship.
