An exciting opportunity awaits We currently have an opportunity for a Network & Systems Analyst to join our IT team As the Network & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network and systems infrastructure, assisting in the implementation of projects, and providing hands‑on technical support. Specific responsibilities Administer and support LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and server/storage infrastructure. Maintain Microsoft Domain and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure). Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, installations, and maintenance aligned with COBIT standards. Provide first and second‑level support to internal stakeholders. Document systems and create user‑friendly how‑to guides. Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to strategic technology initiatives. Participate in on‑call rotation and travel between branches as needed. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in network/systems administration or equivalent education/experience. Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft are preferred. Experience with technologies including Palo Alto, VMWare, Microsoft 365, Microsoft AD, Azure, and SAN. Familiarity with Commvault is an asset. Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and grow.
