An exciting opportunity awaits

We currently have an opportunity for a Network & Systems Analyst to join our IT team As the Network & Systems Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network and systems infrastructure, assisting in the implementation of projects, and provide hands-on technical support.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Administer and support LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and server/storage infrastructure.
  • Maintain Microsoft Domain and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
  • Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, installations, and maintenance aligned with COBIT standards.
  • Provide first and second-level support to internal stakeholders.
  • Document systems and create user-friendly how-to guides.
  • Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel between branches as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in network/systems administration or equivalent education/experience.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft are preferred.
  • Experience with technologies including Palo Alto, VMWare, Microsoft 365, Microsoft AD, Azure, and SAN.
  • Familiarity with Commvault is an asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and grow.
