Overview Account Manager | Ottawa at TK Elevator. Join to apply for this role. Responsibilities Meet monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers. Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms; prepare booking packages. Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase the customer base. Visit job sites to check status or determine scope of prospective jobs. Review and complete appropriate paperwork after a job is completed. Drive sales from tender to contract ratification. Personally investigate customer complaints and address issues; contact customers for collection when necessary and identify alternative payment options. Attend out-of-town sales meetings and regional trainings. Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. Performs other duties as assigned. Main focus on Modernization Sales with New Installation cross-training and future growth opportunities; portfolio assignments may change based on operational needs. Role Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships. Prior use of CRM is an asset. Ability to read, understand, and analyze technical drawings for the creation of quotes. Strong business acumen with ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to sell to customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Proven ability to manage conflicts and work collaboratively.
