Senior Recruiter @ Compunnel Inc. | Information Technology | Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Title : IT Program Manager Location : Toronto, ON Client Direct Client Summary The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the application of program management methodologies throughout all phases of the program lifecycle. This includes program design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. Key Projects / Day-to-Day Responsibilities Involved in a digital software program which is underway, going through the phase 1 launch on November 18th. Bring in and consolidate many other digital programs team is based out of Toronto. Digital transformation journey – 5000+ websites across the globe, consolidating all into one AEM Cloud. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field (required). MBA or other relevant advanced degree (preferred). 8–10 years of proven program management experience. Strong people management and team‑building skills. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong risk assessment and management skills related to technology applications and business functions. Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large‑scale, multi‑platform environments. Must‑Have Skills 8–10 years of proven program management experience in technology‑driven environments. PMP or PMI Certification (or equivalent professional program management credential). Strong Agile expertise, including experience working in Scrum or SAFe frameworks. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams. Demonstrated success delivering technology and business application solutions in large‑scale, multi‑platform ecosystems. Nice‑to‑Have Skills MBA or other advanced degree in business, technology, or related field. Experience with cost‑benefit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for technology programs. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud or similar enterprise CMS platforms. Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices. Exposure to global operations and regulatory compliance in multi‑region deployments.
