No matter where you're working from, we’re committed to ensuring the Fiixer experience is best in class In this role, you will report to the New Business Sales Manager. This is a remote position. Your Responsibilities Guide a full sales cycle within the SMB market—Achieving or overachieving on your sales targets. Build relationships to maximize successful outcomes. Present a company and a product to anyone in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or face-to-face. Develop a sales strategy and plan to bring sales to a close while balancing the needs of customers. Understand and identify needs and the nature and complexities of a customer’s business or department. Manage the sales process by developing strategic account plans, solutions and presentations that use opportunities before, during and after the sale. Work with the business development team to qualify opportunities quickly through the funnel. Manage closing a high volume of always shifting deals in your pipeline. Produce recommendations based on customer pain points—educating customers on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the financial and strategic realities of the customer. Track and maintain project milestones and timelines while managing customer expectations. Prospect through high-volume outreach programs to find the next Fiix customer. The Essentials - You Will Have Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience. Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA. We will not sponsor individuals for this role now or in the future. The Preferred - You Might Also Have 1+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment. Experience quickly developing relationships with potential customers. Experience presenting the value of a solution to meet individual customer needs. 1+ years of experience managing fast sales cycles. 1+ years of Salesforce experience. To learn more about our benefits package, please visit For this role, the total target compensation is from $84,160-$126,240 CAD or $104,720-$157,080 USD of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable.
