Join to apply for the Mail Center Manager – Toronto, Canada role at iPostal1 . We are looking for a professional, upbeat Mail Center Manager to work in our Toronto, Ontario office in Canada . There will be a two-week paid training , one week in Toronto and one week at our headquarters in Montebello, NY . This position is NOT remote and requires you to work in the office, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, speaking with clients on the phone and in person, able to think on your feet, and have a positive, team‑oriented attitude. If you enjoy assisting customers and want to make a career of it, this could be a great opportunity for you Responsibilities Receive mail, scan into software and file appropriately Upon customer direction, discard, shred, open and scan contents of mail and/or forward to an alternate location Answer inbound calls and in person inquiries from customers in a prompt and professional manner Assist customers in person to retrieve their mail in a courteous fashionaufen Ascertain level of assistance needed to resolve inquiry and allocate appropriate resources, including escalation Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients Ensure the highest level of customer service Keep fwrite inventory of mail and office supplies and inform the corporate office when supplies need to be reordered Perform other customer service responsibilities to assist the corporate office during busy times Requirements Ability to work independently and handle confidential mail with absolute discretion Results oriented Strong work ethic Organization skills are a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in an office coordinator role with an emphasis in customer service Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Administrative, Distribution, and Customer Service Industries Software Development iPostal1 is an Equal Opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, marital status, disability, military status, genetic information or any other category protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
