Marketing Coordinator – Connected Vehicles

Location: Guelph, ON (405 Laird Road)

Status: Full-Time, In-Person

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

Connected Vehicles is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Guelph team. This is a key marketing role where you'll take ownership of executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing strategies, developing and executing targeted email campaigns, and driving lead generation through multiple marketing channels. This role will require you to track and optimize the lead conversion cycle while managing budgets and ensuring a positive return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting key verticals to drive qualified leads and conversions. You'll work closely with the leadership team to identify high-value audiences and create content tailored to their specific needs.
  • Campaign Strategy & Vertical Targeting: Take the lead on targeting specific verticals and industries to ensure that our marketing efforts resonate with the right prospects. This includes leveraging your expertise to create segmented email marketing strategies that align with customer needs, driving long-term engagement and business growth.
  • Lead Conversion Optimization: Oversee the entire lead conversion cycle, from initial interest to final conversion, ensuring that marketing campaigns are effectively nurturing leads and moving them through the sales funnel. Analyze and adjust strategies to maximize lead conversion rates while managing campaign budgets and optimizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Digital Marketing & SEO Management: Maintain and update the website, oversee SEO strategies, and manage all digital marketing initiatives across various platforms. This includes email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar), Google Analytics, and leveraging CRM (Salesforce) to track engagement and refine strategies.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and optimize social media channels, including content creation, ad management, and regular posting. You'll ensure that the company's online presence is aligned with the overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and generating leads.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to align internal and external marketing initiatives with business objectives. You will support corporate, branch, and departmental marketing plans through effective execution and continuous strategy improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation, email campaigns, and vertical targeting strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales cycles, with a demonstrated ability to optimize and manage campaigns through multiple verticals.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar), Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce), and strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and paid/organic campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and other digital marketing tools.
  • A deep understanding of the lead conversion process, including managing budgets, maximizing ROI, and reporting on campaign success.
  • Experience in telematics or related industries is an asset.
  • A valid G-class driver's license.

This is an in-person role based in Guelph. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment where creativity and strategy are key drivers of success. On occasion, you'll step outside to showcase vehicles to customers.
