Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition (12 Month Contract) Join L3Harris Technologies to apply for the Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition (12 Month Contract) role in Waterdown, Ontario. Job Description Provide full‑cycle recruitment for the WESCAM division based in Waterdown, Ontario. Build communication channels with hiring managers and HR business partners, delivering world‑class service to candidates and internal clients. Job Responsibilities This is an onsite role based out of our facility in Waterdown Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates and present job offers. Provide efficient and high‑touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines Operate with a high sense of urgency (action‑oriented) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full‑Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience required Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.) About L3Harris Technologies L3Harris Technologies is a global aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end‑to‑end solutions across air, land, sea, space and cyber domains.
