If so, we want you to be a part of our client's team On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 months contract in the Greater Vancouver Area. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and 3 days in the office, ensuring you have the best of both worlds. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for a variety of roles Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes Requirements: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment (2-3 years of experience) Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the best talent At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
