Presales Engineer – Global Network Security Vendor Location: Anywhere in Canada (Remote / Hybrid) Company: Global Network Security Vendor About the Role We are a global leader in network and cybersecurity solutions, helping organizations secure and optimize their digital infrastructure. As we continue to expand across Canada, we are looking for a Presales Engineer to support our sales team by providing deep technical expertise and trusted advisory to customers and partners. This role can be based anywhere in Canada and offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge security technologies in a fast‑growing, international environment. What You’ll Do Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team during the presales cycle Understand customer business and technical requirements and map them to our security solutions Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs) Design high‑level and detailed network security architectures Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate technical content Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams Stay current with industry trends, threats, and competitive technologies What We’re Looking For Experience in a presales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role Strong background in network and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, SASE, SD‑WAN, Zero Trust, cloud security) Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs) Experience working with enterprise or service provider customers Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and comfortable working remotely Ability to travel occasionally within Canada Nice to Have Experience with global or large‑scale security vendors Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or equivalent) Why Join Us Work for a globally recognized security vendor Competitive salary and benefits package Remote‑first flexibility anywhere in Canada Exposure to innovative security technologies Collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture Strong career growth and development opportunities Interested?
