Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides high quality administrative and operational support to the senior leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, discrete, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for a self-starter who is looking to be part of a dynamic team and who appreciates a diverse, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Office & Administrative ManagementOrganize and maintain files (electronic and paper). Prepare, submit and reconcile expense reports, using Nexonia, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission. Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, or team offsites. Take minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items. Provide general administrative support to executives and teams as required. Communication & LiaisonServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and official documents. Coordinate communication between departments. Project & Task ManagementSupport special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports. Assist with the collection, tracking and organization of ESG related data and documentation. Track deadlines and manage priorities. Confidentiality & ProfessionalismHandle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Represent the senior leadership team with professionalism in all interactions. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proven experience with expense reports and using expense reporting tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and scheduling tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. The role is structured as a five-day workweek (Monday – Friday) with four days required in-office presence. Note: March Networks is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse workforce.
