As a Finance Analyst, you will report to the Director of Finance, ensuring the complete accounting cycle is managed efficiently. Your role includes maintaining the general ledger, processing accounts, and aiding in financial reporting. You'll bring a continuous improvement mindset to the company's financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end accounting processes and month-end closes
• Ensure accuracy of financial ledger entries and transactions
• Handle accounts receivable and vendor management responsibilities
• Support regulatory filings and audit preparations
• Suggest improvements for financial policies and automation

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years’ comprehensive accounting experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Xero or QuickBooks
• Strong skills in Excel and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively Utilize your financial insights and accounting expertise to support RAVL's ongoing success.
