You'll contribute to food production, employee training, and inventory management while upholding sanitation and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise food preparation and kitchen service daily • Coach and support Line Cooks and BOH employees • Ensure quality, presentation, and safety of all food • Assist in onboarding and training of new staff • Monitor inventory levels and manage food waste
Requirements: • At least 18 years old • Supervisory experience in a kitchen environment • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation • Exceptional leadership and communication skills • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
