At Arjo, you will be integral to the Procurement team, driving supplier relationships and developing sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management will ensure production continuity and effective category strategies. This role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and monitoring supply risks impacting our operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business goals • Collaborate and manage relationships with suppliers • Prepare and analyze RFQs for supplier recommendations • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers • Monitor raw material and labor market conditions
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years procurement experience in production • Proven skills in sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing • Bachelor's degree in business or finance • Familiarity with MRP systems • Analytical thinking and industry knowledge preferred
