In this critical role, you will manage sourcing initiatives and support a high-performing Technology Sourcing team for effective stakeholder engagement. Your background should include a minimum of 5 years in strategic sourcing, enabling you to implement cost-optimization strategies and oversee supplier performance, thereby maximizing organizational purchasing power.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end RFx strategy and planning • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across IT categories • Mentor team members for high stakeholder relationship management • Conduct market benchmarking for supplier selection processes • Ensure compliance and drive supplier governance
Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant sourcing experience • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred • Extensive experience in vendor management and negotiations • Strong analytical and influencing capabilities • Excellent organizational skills for fast-paced projects
