ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solutions Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering technology projects for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.

You will work closely with WBM team members, project managers, technical specialists, vendors, and client stakeholders to implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services, server migrations, and endpoint modernization, with a strong emphasis on security, documentation, and customer experience.

Success in this position comes from delivering reliable technical solutions, communicating clearly throughout the project, and helping clients modernize their technology environments with confidence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement, configure, migrate, validate, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, server, cloud, and endpoint solutions
• Complete assigned technical work according to approved solution designs and project plans
• Support Microsoft 365 implementations across identity, collaboration, productivity, security, compliance, and device management
• Complete discovery, readiness, remediation, testing, cutover, validation, and post-migration support activities
• Assess and migrate Windows Server workloads and supporting services
• Deploy and modernize Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot
• Implement configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployments, update policies, and endpoint security controls
• Support the onboarding of new clients and identify technical, security, or compliance gaps requiring additional project work
• Apply identity, access, endpoint, data protection, security, and compliance requirements throughout project delivery
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including assessments, implementation records, diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Provide clear knowledge transfer and handoff documentation to operational and support teams
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, technical specialists, and client stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, technical risks, issues, and dependencies clearly and promptly
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout each engagement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, Cloud Administration, Endpoint Administration, Technical Consulting, or a similar technical role
• Hands-on experience implementing, migrating, and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, server, and endpoint solutions
• Experience participating in migration, deployment, or modernization projects
• Experience collaborating with project managers, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders to successfully deliver projects

Microsoft 365 & Cloud

Experience with:

• Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Intune
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and identity security
• Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and data protection features
• PowerShell or similar automation tools

Azure & Infrastructure

Experience with:

• Windows Server administration and migrations
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print services
• Azure administration and migration projects
• Hybrid cloud environments
• Azure networking, compute, storage, backup, and recovery concepts
• Server modernization and workload migration activities

Endpoint Management

Experience with:

• Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Microsoft Entra Join and Hybrid Join
• Endpoint compliance and configuration policies
• Application deployment and update management
• Endpoint security, encryption, and device management
• Endpoint migration and modernization projects

Security & Documentation

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and modern security frameworks
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles
