This casual job involves working directly with students under the guidance of a teacher. You will assist with both instructional and personal support, adapting to various needs as they arise. Your contributions in implementing IEPs and collaborating with school teams will ensure each student thrives.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver instructional support to individuals and small groups • Assist with behavioral and communication needs • Supervise personal care and toileting needs • Administer medical assistance as necessary • Collaborate on preparing instructional materials
Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent • At least 3 years working with children • EA2 qualification preferred • Basic First Aid/CPR training or willingness to acquire • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
