Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency • Handle accounts payable and invoice processing • Maintain accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks • Coordinate and manage scheduling for staff • Organize physical and digital records for compliance
Requirements: • Proven experience in office management roles • Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping processes • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Post-secondary education in business administration preferred
