We are looking for a detail-oriented AEM Integration Specialist to join our team. You will support the content team’s daily operations through technical expertise and collaborate closely with development, product, QA, and analytics teams to execute content management system (CMS) initiatives for the Audi North America account.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organizedand detail-orientedcontent professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new digital tools, and working collaboratively across disciplines. This role bridges the gap betweenCMSand developmentspaces,serving as the content team’s technical and troubleshooting expert, enhancing contentplatform management, enabling digital tool adoption, and supporting technical initiativesacross theAudi account while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support CMS integration initiatives in partnership with development, product, QA, andanalyticsteams, including troubleshooting issues, supporting testing efforts, and exploring enhancements within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Review and support intake ofnew contentintegrationand CMSsupportrequests, gathering requirements andmanaging expectationswith stakeholders
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and elevate CMS issues whileidentifyingpotential solutions and workarounds
- Create,maintain, update, and publish contentinAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Work closely with the internal and external teams to fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects and tasks are executed to plan andin a timely manner
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and partnersandmaintainstrong trusted relationships
- Coordinate with Content Authors and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are complete,accurate, and aligned with requirements
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Specialists tointegration new tools and features, troubleshoot authoring issues, andsupport accessibility requirements
- Conduct content quality assurance reviews, ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence toteamstandards
- Document CMS processes, troubleshooting steps, and implementation requirements
- Maintainaccurateproject documentation, task tracking, and status updates within Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Assistwith estimating effort andidentifyingtechnical dependencies for content and CMS-related work
- Support the implementation of process improvements that enhance content operations and delivery efficiency
- Assemble and collate presentationsfor both internal and client audiences
- Helpidentifyopportunities toleverageAI, automation, and platform functionality to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Stay current on CMS capabilities, digital content best practices, accessibility requirements, and industry trends
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- Previousexperience as a Content Author, Content Manager, CMS Administrator, or similar digital content role
- 2-3 years of experience working with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of content governance and content lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of cloud-based platforms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Strongcomputer and software skills (including Google Suite of Products, project management software, Adobesoftwareand CMS software)
- Proficiencywith project task tracking and documentation toolseg.Jira, Confluence
- Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders
