Responsibilities

Employee Recognition

  • Design and evolve recognition programs across the organization, taking into account business priorities, culture and operational realities.
  • Develop the frameworks, tools, guides and approaches necessary to enable operational teams to deploy and maintain initiatives with consistency and autonomy.
  • Establish mechanisms for handover to operations, including clarification of roles, key communications, support resources, and follow-up expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal communications and key stakeholders to ensure visibility, adoption and sustainability of initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Annual Survey

  • Structure and coordinate the annual engagement survey cycle including the deployment strategy, communication tools, timelines and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Partner with HR, internal communications, leaders, and operations to ensure a simple, consistent, and responsive approach to different audiences.
  • Support teams in analyzing survey results, identify key findings, and prepare reports, tools, or recommendations for leaders and operational teams to take action.
  • Design approaches and resources to support managers in identifying, prioritizing and monitoring their action plans.
  • Ensure follow-up governance with key stakeholders to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainable impact on the employee experience.

Performance Management

  • Contribute to the design improvement, planning, and launch of the performance management cycle across the organization, in collaboration with HR, internal communications, Workday, and key stakeholders.
  • Define the key steps, roles and responsibilities, timelines, messages and accompanying tools needed to ensure a clear and effective deployment.
  • Collaborate with Workday teams to validate business needs, test the user journey, identify potential issues, and ensure a simple and consistent experience for employees and managers.
  • Develop or adapt guides, training, FAQs, communications and support resources that will enable HR and operations to deploy and maintain the process in their teams.
  • Act as a resource person for HR partners and leaders to clarify expectations, support process adoption, and foster constructive performance conversations aligned with business priorities.
  • Track the progress of the deployment in Workday, completion rates, issues raised by users, and adjustment needs during the cycle.
  • Analyze cycle learnings, user feedback, and available data to recommend continuous improvements to the process.

Project management, continuous improvement and data analysis

  • Lead other end-to-end organizational development projects, with autonomy, rigor, sense of priorities and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Design structured solutions, programs and tools, ready to be transferred to the operational teams for deployment, appropriation and maintenance over time.
  • Use data, analytics, performance indicators, and feedback from the field to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and guide decisions.
  • Represent organizational development on specific committees or cross-cutting projects, demonstrating leadership, judgment, and credibility.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of initiatives with business priorities.
  • Prepare guides, presentations, dashboards, reports and monitoring tools to support the deployment of initiatives and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, human resources, or similar roles.
  • University degree in organizational development, human resources, organizational psychology, administration or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a good ability to structure priorities.
  • Experience or strong interest in development, employee recognition, employee experience, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience or strong interest in operational environments, logistics or transportation, with an ability to understand the realities of the field and adapt initiatives to the needs of teams.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and interest in the digitization of processes related to the employee experience
  • Experience facilitating workshops with different audiences, in
