As a Facilities Management Program Planner, you will manage both administrative and technical aspects of preventative maintenance programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing contractor performance, preparing maintenance budgets, and analyzing facility data. Strong independent judgment and planning skills are essential for ensuring compliance with city standards and effective project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee preventive maintenance coordination for city facilities
• Review and manage contractor performance for compliance
• Manage budgets and make maintenance recommendations
• Conduct research and analyses for facility programs
• Track and compile project data effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma in building or architectural technology
• Relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance methods
• Ability to prepare and maintain schedules and reports
• Valid Driver's License for British Columbia Drive effective facility management programs that contribute to Burnaby’s community infrastructure.
