My name is Marine Passchier, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in technical and manufacturing recruitment across Québec.I'm currently seeking a Service Supervisor for a global leader in industrial vacuum and mechanical systems.Reporting to the National Service Director, you'll oversee and support a team of field and in‐house service technicians across Eastern Canada. Your focus will be ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and a strong team spirit within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.Key responsibilities :- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.- Coordinate daily operations within the service department, including repairs, maintenance calls, and field service.- Analyze, plan, and schedule work on industrial vacuum pumps and related equipment.- Prepare and validate service quotes and technical reports in collaboration with the Service Coordinator.- Plan and assign service calls, both regular and emergency, based on team availability and client priorities.- Review work orders, ensuring compliance with established standards (ISO 9001).- Provide technical support and client visits when required.- Lead, coach, and evaluate your team, creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.- Handle performance evaluations, scheduling, and ongoing development plans.- Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics (vocational level).- 6-8 years of industrial mechanical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.- 4-5 years in technical customer service or related functions.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an asset.- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
