Our client, a pioneer in environmentally conscious promotional products in North America since 1991, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Art Production Manager to join their team. With a commitment to social and ecological responsibility, our client has upheld a reputation for environmental leadership, delivering a comprehensive range of eco-friendly promotional items. Trust, respect, and integrity form the cornerstone of their philosophy as they work tirelessly towards a greener future.Key Responsibilities:Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning.Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments.Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF.Order production materials and parts as needed.Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production5 years experience in a supervisory roleProficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling.Strong leadership and floor management skills.Experience with equipment maintenance (Mamiki machine DDF).Apply now To apply to this position, please email direct@ablcareers.com with a copy of your resume and mention the job ID #25487. and you will receive a reach out from our virtual recruiter to better understand your career goals.
