Our client, a pioneer in environmentally conscious promotional products in North America since 1991, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Art Production Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments.
  • Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF.
  • Order production materials and parts as needed.
  • Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in screen printing, transfer production
  • 5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and production scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and floor management skills.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance (Mamiki machine DDF).
